 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I always enjoy staying on the floating villas.  There’s a lot of life always happening at the nearby restaurant and it’s fun watching all the boats go by.

I really appreciate the flexibility that they offer with early check in’s and late check outs.  And the places are always immaculate when I arrive.

Also, Paloma, who runs the boat rental opportunities on the property, is always so gracious and kind. She truly goes out of her way to be helpful and makes the experience even more enjoyable. Her warmth, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to make sure everyone has a great experience really stand out. I’ve always appreciated how welcoming she is and how much she cares about the guests.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stayed three nights in a studio king condo to watch the Roman space telescope launch.  Room was just like the pix on the website.  Comfy bed and great full-flow shower.
The room does not have a washer/dryer as indicated on the website, but the agency provided access to the marina facilities next door when asked.
We ate at the dolphin b&g every night.  Very convenient and good food.
All interaction with the management co. is via email and they are very responsive.
The condos and water condos looked nice too.

The food, drinks and wait staff were awesome.  Conveniently located which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area while still having a peaceful retreat to return to each day. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It's clear that great care is taken to create a welcoming experience for visitors. Accommodations were clean, fun, with a deck view of the water! All of this with visits from the local dolphins! I am not kidding. Dinner was great views Of rockets launching game, Canaveral! Great concept!… Thank you
